Such water can turn brown or reddish, leave marks on sinks and shower cabins, give the water an unpleasant taste and smell, and cause blockages in pipework and household appliances. Drinking iron rich water does not directly endanger health, but by law the iron content of drinking water is regulated.<\/p><p>Iron removal is a process in which excess iron is removed from the water. Special iron removal units are used for this, which can work on different technologies: oxidation, filtration or ion exchange.<\/p><p>For private customers, Miridon offers AR, BR, PAF and FA series
